LOOK, what came in the mail today, that's right its my 3 day refresh. This is like a cleanse, but you don't have to starve to death. I lost 6.9lbs on my first go with it. I am going to start it again on the Monday after Thanksgiving, give my body that extra boost after the Thanksgiving feast and traveling.
I actually do this monthly now, after I did this the first time, I really kicked my sweats habit. I also learned more how to portion.
You can't workout why you are doing it, and you do get tired, but come on 6 lbs in 3 days. Can't beat that.
If you are committed and really do it right, then I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
